Each trip page includes an overview, daily itinerary, group size, accommodation details, what’s included, and traveler reviews to help you decide.
2. Review and prepare: Carefully read through all trip details, including accommodation type, activity level, dining options, and cancellation policies. Check the FAQs linked on each trip page for additional info.
3. Select your trip and dates: Once you find your perfect trip, hit the “Join Trip” button and choose your preferred dates and any optional extras (like room upgrades or guided tours).
4. Create or sign in to your account: You’ll need a verified Voya profile to book. Profiles help us match you with compatible groups and keep everyone safe.
5. Book and pay: Proceed to our secure checkout to complete payment with your preferred method. You’ll see the full trip price with any taxes, fees, or optional add-ons itemized.
6. Get your confirmation: Immediately after payment, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email with all vital trip info, your group details, and instructions to join your group chat and prepare for the trip.
