• Voya Support 24/7 Hotline: For serious issues, medical emergencies, or urgent help outside Trip Leader availability, call the hotline (details provided in your trip app and confirmation email).
• Local Emergency Numbers: Know the numbers for police, medical services, and fire departments in the destination countries. Your Trip Leader will provide this info at orientation.
