Sometimes things don’t go perfectly—here’s how we handle it:
- If you have problems with accommodation, transport, or group dynamics, first speak privately with your Trip Leader—they’re trained to handle issues swiftly and fairly.
- For disagreements within the group, try to communicate openly and respectfully—your Trip Leader can mediate if needed.
- If you face safety or health concerns, alert your Trip Leader immediately. They can escalate to Voya Support or local authorities as necessary.
- For non-urgent issues, contact Voya Support through the app or email, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Proactive communication helps keep everyone safe and happy.
