User Agreement

When you use Voya, you enter into a mutual agreement that helps keep things fair, safe, and smooth for everyone involved. By creating an account and booking trips, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information: Be honest when creating your profile, booking trips, and communicating with other travelers. This helps maintain trust and safety within our community.
• Keep your account and contact details up to date: So we can reach you quickly with important trip updates or safety information.
• Respect the rights of others: Follow Voya’s community guidelines and behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, Trip Leaders, locals, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated and can lead to restrictions or removal from trips.
• Follow Trip Leader instructions: Trip Leaders are responsible for your safety and the smooth running of the trips. Their instructions related to scheduling, safety, and conduct must be adhered to.
• Age restrictions: You confirm you meet the minimum age requirement (usually 18 years old) or have parental consent for travel if younger.
• Compliance with laws: You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws during your trip and when using Voya services.

Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your Voya account and booking privileges.
