When you book a trip on Voya, the following terms apply:

• Booking confirmation: Your trip is confirmed once full payment (or deposit, if applicable on payment plans) has been processed and accepted. Pending payments may cause delays or tentative bookings.
• Prices and availability: Trip prices, availability, and terms are subject to change until payment is confirmed. Popular trips may sell out quickly.
• Trip descriptions and inclusions: All trip details such as itinerary, accommodation, meals, and activities are as described on the website at time of booking. Minor adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, local regulations, etc.).
• Travel documents and entry requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance required for your trip. Lack of proper documentation may result in denied boarding or participation, and no refunds will be given in such cases.
• Health and fitness: Trips require a certain fitness and health level as stated. You must disclose relevant health conditions during booking. Voya reserves the right to refuse or remove travelers who pose health or safety risks.
• Force majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), Voya reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel trips with corresponding refund or credit policies.
