Cancelling your trip is sometimes necessary—here’s how we handle it fairly:
- Cancellation by traveler:
- Cancellations made prior to the cancellation deadline typically receive a full or partial refund, depending on timing and trip terms.
- Cancellations after the deadline may forfeit the deposit or full trip amount.
- Requests must be made via your Voya account or customer support.
- Cancellation by Voya:
- If Voya cancels the trip due to low enrollment or unforeseen issues, a full refund or credit is offered.
- Alternative trips or options may be suggested when available.
- No-shows: Travelers who fail to join without notice forfeit payments.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 7-14 business days. Travel credits can be offered as an alternative in some cases.
